What better time than NOW to Freshen up our Kitchens and our Bathrooms?

COVID-19 has put a heavy strain on the way we live our daily lives.  But, we are resilient and adaptable. we can make the best out of life challenges. So, let’s adapt and change for the better. Our homes have had to become our refuges, our restaurants, our sanctuaries, and our playgrounds. Our kitchens and baths have had to serve as multipurpose rooms for cooking and bathing and are hard at work also becoming our sanctuaries for relaxing and recharging us. But, in all these past years we have forgotten to update them and they are not very comfortable or functional anymore. The small details that were easy to ignore like lack of shelving and tight space, or outdated light fixtures and tile and drab paint that we overlooked as we rushed out the door a few months ago now annoy us and depress us. We want light, functionality, and ease.

Your home is your most valuable asset. It’s time to make your investment work for you. A kitchen or bath remodel is easier than you think and it will bring you added comfort and the flexibility and transformation that this 2020/21 crisis so desperately requires. We can do this together and set up steps. Let me show you how.

Furnishings:  We will review each space / area with you and create a layout and a rough estimated budget as a guideline. Together we will select pieces that closely fit onto the layout and budget parameters and you will “sign off” on each item in agreement in order to give us the go-ahead to purchase the items on your behalf. All items purchased are not refundable and may not be exchanged. (The delivery of furnishings will be up to the discretion designer’s implementation schedule. Storage Fees may be incurred).

Contractors and Materials: All contractors will be hired directly by the owner and will have a separate contract with you. I will serve as a liaison between you but, I will hold no responsibility for their work or their schedule. However, I will work diligently to achieve the best outcome in the best interest of the client always. All construction materials will be purchased by the contractors with the exception of appliances and decorative lighting.

Project Fee: Estimate provided upon review of job scope.

Please see “FAQ’s” for details on pricing etc...
