Curb Appeal.

Maximize your investment by ensuring that your home is always looking it’s best.

Our homes are our most used commodity and most important investment. As such, they often become our “First Impressions” to the outside world. A well-maintained exterior of your home speaks to the pride you have for your property and yourself. It asserts how you value your community and the neighborhood around you as well. Caring for the exterior of your home will be a welcomed asset if you will want to sell it in the future and your neighborhood value will increase because of your efforts. But most importantly you will enjoy simply driving up and enjoying the beauty of your own home and admiring that it belongs to you and all that that beauty and comfort signify. Every detail will be handled with care and attention. I am here to shoulder the stresses of building or remodeling for you leaving you free to pursue your regular life. I will be dealing with contractors and vendors, endless selections of materials, and tiresome visits to multiple showrooms. I will save you shopping trips, mistakes, and possible errors and headaches, and most importantly, money. I prefer clients who understand the partnership that we will create and respect the value that I will bring to the table. I am committed to giving you the best experience possible and the home you envision.

On-Site Review: We will review your home’s curve appeal together and listen to your concerns. our likes and dislikes and your wish list of improvements. Together, I will help you to create an estimated budget and a plan for making all the necessary improvements. The areas to improve may include your home’s exterior structure, roof, painting, windows, entrance, shutters, garage doors, additional structural details, etc… As well as landscaping or hard patio and deck if applicable or other elements. We will ensure that they fit into your budget and create a plan that closely fits the schedule and budget parameters that you require.

Contractors: I will recommend reputable contractors for the jobs required and you will contract with them directly. I will serve as a liaison between you and the em to ensure that our vision of the project is correctly executed. However, I will not be held responsible for the quality of their work or their schedule. Nonetheless, I will work diligently to achieve the best outcome in your best interest and I will be doing on-site visits to check on progress. All construction materials will be purchased by the contractors and they will bill you directly.

Price: Based on project scope. Please ask for an estimate.

  • You know your home needs a facelift from the outside but you don’t know where to begin.

  • you are just not good with landscaping.

  • You wish your home had that WOW factor that your neighborhood or your neighbors' homes do.

  • You are selling your home but, have had no buyers.

  • Your home is older, has great “bones” but, looks dated from the outside.

  • You like to garden but, want someone to set you up the right way instead of wasting your time and money at LOWES.

Curb Appeal is not the right fit for you if….

  • Your idea of a garden is evergreens and some mulch.

  • You are a do-it-yourself kind of person.

  • You don’t spend time at home.

  • You like to micromanage. While I love collaborating with my clients and meeting their needs, I believe that you have hired me to help you and for my expertise, so I hope that we have a relationship of mutual respect.
