I don’t claim to be an architect or an engineer but, I do know what works within the spaces that we occupy to serve our lives best. If you have a home that needs renovation and or are looking to update an area of your home and need some advice, this package is a good option. With access to your blue-prints and a consultation to get to know your needs I can come up with some creative solutions to the structural needs that you may be facing in your current home.
Virtual Structural Renovations.
This package is perfect if you are looking for a fresh eye to look at your home and suggest innovative ways in which your current spaces can best utilized or if you have limited space, and you need to maximize its' potential.

This package is not for the faint of heart. Renovations take courage in order to be able to tear something down and build something better.

Initially, will ask you for any original blueprints of the existing spaces that we are working with. I will also ask you to photograph the areas and take detailed measurements.

I will give you that drawing via printed material and digital form .jpg. If applicable, I will create multiple views of the areas. You may use it to inform your contractor for the upcoming renovations. Last, I will be available to your contractor for any questions during the renovation process.

Then, I will ask you to fill out a questionnaire to get a better idea of what you want to achieve with your project. What are your needs for the space, and what is your general esthetic.
Keep in mind that I will be suggesting ideas for your renovations based on functionality, esthetics, traffic flow, and best use of space. I have a general knowledge of building structure use it in my design. For the final application, I ask that you work with a contractor. I am happy to provide local references for you if you are in my area.

Small Job: $2,285.00
Medium Job: $4,595.00
Large Job: $8,795.00

Then, I will start work on creating rough sketches of the areas we need to renovate. I will provide you with three rough sketches that we will refine into one final drawing. You will approve that drawing.
