This package is perfect if you are looking for a refresh in your living-room, family-room or other areas of your home with larger furniture pieces. (Our communications will be through Zoom meetings and via e-mail).
This package is not the right for you if you are not looking to invest in new furniture pieces or reupholster existing ones.

Initially, I will need you to take pictures of the room and furnishings that we are working with. Then, I will require you to measure the furnishings. This will ensure that we have the correct layout of the overall project, and we are both looking at the same items in the same space. ( Design limited to one room only).

Then, I will ask you to fill out a questionnaire to get a better idea of what you want to achieve with your project. What is your budget? What are your wants and needs for the space? What is your style? What is working what is not working?

Then, I will work on creating a Mood Board as a jumping-off point or inspiration for our room. I will ask you to approve it after I am done. Then, we will discuss any furniture pieces that have the potential to be part of our new design and approve those choices.

With those parameters in mind, I will need a little time alone to be creative. I will provide you with your Custom Furniture Placement Design that will include some of your original pieces and some new suggestions. Your pieces may be in their original form, or I may have suggestions for their transformation. They may be via new upholstery or refinishing or painting. I may also suggest custom-designed furniture or cabinetry if applicable to the space and provide sketches for additional costs.
All these will be my suggestions for you to maximize your enjoyment and functionality of that space. Most of these items will fit into your budget and will be ready for purchase. (You will have up to 2 revisions of your Custom Design).

Last, I will give you a detailed curated Shopping List with all the items in your room design. You are free to use this list as your guide and purchase the items and create the Custom Room of your dreams.
There will be no mark up from me for these items on your list, and if I get a discount, it will be shared with you 50-50.
